With over 25 years experience in professional consulting, Paul is a Director and provides financial and business consulting services within our Corporate Finance team.
Throughout his career Paul has undertaken numerous business reviews and investigations, developed strategic and business plans, conducted due diligence, corporate valuations, financial modelling, debt restructurings, loan portfolio reviews, receiverships and voluntary administrations, both within Australia and internationally.
Paul has focussed particularly on assignments involving detailed analytical financial, operational and management reviews of companies undergoing restructuring, or experiencing various degrees of financial, strategic and operational change or difficulties. These services typically culminate with provision of recommendations and providing assistance with their subsequent implementation.
Paul also has significant experience in day-to-day management of large operating companies in Australia, Canada and throughout Asia. He also has expertise in working with, or reviewing, Asset Management divisions of Financial Institutions and has participated in major international sale transactions, both on the buy and sell side.
Prior to joining mhm, Paul worked for over 20 years with an international Big 4 consulting firm, in Australia, Canada and throughout Asia. He has substantial experience working (and living) in different Asian countries (including Thailand, Indonesia, China, Taiwan (ROC), and Vietnam), working closely with international donor organisations such as World Bank, and leading large teams of local consultants, management and employees.
