Lisa Pritchard is a Director and heads up mhm’s Tax Consulting practice.

With over 12 years experience in chartered accounting, Lisa has advised on many levels of taxation and accounting, ranging from small start-up enterprises to reporting to boards of publicly listed corporations. Lisa has advised many organisations in relation to the structuring of their business, tax planning and tax compliance with a focus on income tax, capital gains tax and fringe benefits tax.

Lisa has worked closely with listed companies to ensure compliance with their statutory reporting requirements under AASB 112. Lisa has also advised public and private company groups about the adoption of the tax consolidation regime and other provisions within the tax law, including scrip for scrip rollover and demergers. Other areas Lisa specialises in include:

Prior to joining mhm, Lisa worked in Sydney and was responsible for the training function of an international accounting firm. Lisa has experience in designing and delivering technical and business skills training internally and for clients and external organisations.

Lisa is committed to the continued education of students and is an experienced facilitator for the Institute of Chartered Accountants and lecturer for the Taxation Institute of Australia.
