In 1992, local chartered accountants Ian McLachlan and Graeme Hodge established McLachlan Hodge as a South Australian owned and operated accounting practice, employing one staff member. McLachlan Hodge Mitchell then evolved in 1997 following the introduction of Grant Mitchell as partner of the new Consulting division.
Since then, the company has grown significantly in size and reputation. Now with 13 partners, and approximately 100 staff, mhm has cemented its position as a leading accounting, corporate finance and management consulting firm, servicing clients throughout Australia and Asia.
